Once a purchase is made refund is only possible if the product is out of stock or have been discontinued by the company.

Return policy:

  • Within 7 working days customer can return damaged product.
  • Cancellation is not possible after 24hr of booking the products.
  • In case of damaged product or any mishandling by company, company will deliver replacement for the products.
  • Cancellation by customer after dispatch will not be acceptable.
  • Products will be dispatched after 24 hrs.

Return Delivery Policy

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at scitech@scitech.net.in or call us on +912230706895 within 2 days of receipt of the product.

You can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.

We will then replace the product as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Refund will not be given if:

  • The shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
  • You have used the product partially and then want to return and/or want refund.
  • The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.
  • If you do not comply with our return policy.
  • If the product is damaged or opened when you received it. In this case company will replace the product with same product at no further cost to customer.
  • If customer paid twice for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 working days.

Exchange is possible if:

  • Products delivered are damaged or opened.
  • Company delivers wrong products by mistake.
  • Within 7 working days damaged product will be reviewed and delivered back to customer after receiving product at concerned department.


Customer can cancel order within 24 hrs from the date of order from customer/buyer/user account, on email or by giving call to our customer care number and once the cancellation is done; the entire amount or any deduction will be fully refunded via original method of payment. If product is dispatched, no amount will be refunded.

Delivery / shipping policy

Product will be delivered within 4-5 working days from the date of booking.

If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and customer will have to pay for shipping charges.

Delivery details will be provided by company to customer through mail with expected delivery date and with consignment no. for tracking the product delivery.

If there are any delays in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.
